Information this site receives

When you request a page, the web host may create ordinary server logs. A log can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser details, referring page, and response status. Zivity does not combine those logs with a reader profile.

Email sent to webmaster@zivity.com contains the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Use email only for information you are comfortable sharing.

Cookies and local storage

Zivity does not set its own cookies or local-storage identifiers. The AMP runtime loads from the AMP Project content-delivery network so pages can use valid AMP components. Zivity does not include AMP Analytics.

Affiliate links and external sites

No affiliate tracking links are active at launch. If affiliate links are added, nearby copy will identify them, and this policy will describe the tracking that is actually present. External sites set their own rules and may log visits or use cookies after you leave Zivity.

How information is used

Server logs may be used to keep the site available, investigate abuse, and diagnose broken pages. Email is used to answer the message, review a correction, or protect legal rights. Zivity does not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Hosting providers may process request data to deliver and secure the site. Information may be shared when required by law or needed to address fraud, abuse, or a security incident. Logs and email are kept only as long as needed for those purposes or a legal duty.

Security

No website can promise perfect security. Zivity limits collection, keeps the public site static, and avoids third-party trackers to reduce exposure.

Children’s privacy

Zivity is for adults aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent personal information, email webmaster@zivity.com so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

California privacy rights

California residents may ask what personal information Zivity has about them, request deletion or correction, and ask about sharing. Zivity does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests can be sent to webmaster@zivity.com; identity may need to be verified before a response.

Your choices

You can browse without creating an account. You can block external resources in your browser, avoid sending email, and leave before opening an external link.

Changes and contact

Material changes receive a new effective date on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to webmaster@zivity.com.
