“Good health & beauty through diet has always been important to me, and I wanted to share my enthusiasm by incorporating in a photoset my love of healing, whole, natural foods! Recently I learned about the importance of keeping your body properly pH balanced to prevent disease: The key is keeping your body more alkaline than acid. Fruits and vegetables are the most alkaline-forming foods we can eat, with lemons and watermelons being top on the list of the most alkalinizing foods. Luckily they're already two of my favorite snacks! Sprouts are also a superfood, and it's so easy to make your own - In less than 3 days I grew in a jar the sprouts you see here.
