As a child of the 80's, I remember receiving numerous amounts of film cameras and some of the crappiest film made. Seems everyone in my family took photography seriously and the pressure was on from day one. Practice makes perfect, right? Years later and with many broken plastic cameras under my belt I gained a total respect for film photography and the magic of capturing the light. Playing music downtown always gave me an inside look at the lifestyles of this town and the joys of being an artist. Decades, many bands, and boxes of pictures later I decided to pick up the pace and venture out and capture the fashion that is Portland, Oregon and my messed up generation.
