Zivity Community Guidelines

We love our community!

We want to make sure you enjoy it too. The only way to keep things as awesome as they are, is to make sure everyone adheres to our community guidelines. These guidelines are meant to be general rules, and are a part of our Terms of Use. If you feel anyone on the site is in violation of these guidelines or our Terms of Use, please contact us at [email protected].

Be kind to one another

One of the things that sets Zivity apart from other modeling sites is our amazing community and we’d like to keep it that way! Artists should be kind to fans who have voted on their sets and encouraging to other artists on the site, especially in public spaces (other people's walls, fan messages, forums, artist and comments on sets). If you must be sour, we respectfully ask that you keep it in your yard, aka, your profile. Excessive kindness could lead to you becoming a Zivity Ambassador!

Be respectful and don’t be creepy

We love that you love us, but there’s a line between being friendly and being pushy. If you are harassing other members on the site for votes, incentives, meeting up, or anything else and it is not welcomed, then you could be warned or banned. On Zivity, no means no. If someone is bothering you, and you need help telling them no, please contact us immediately. As a Zivity member, you must respect other people's privacy. Disclosing someone's real name or identity on the site (outside links, such as Facebook profiles etc.) may result in immediate termination, depending upon the circumstances.

Keep it legal

This one should speak for itself. Don’t ever offer or accept incentives that are considered illegal. Do not upload copyrighted material that does not belong to you.

Do what you say

If you offer to do a shoot with someone, promote an incentive, or make any other agreements, be sure to follow up your words with action. Photographers should upload the sets they promised, models should complete paperwork and approve their sets, prize winners should be picked in a reasonable amount of time, and incentives (if promised) should be sent out. To not do so could give you a bad reputation within the community and if we receive excessive complaints, you could be banned.

Appropriate messaging

The fan/friend messaging system should only be used to spread the love and promote sets - whether they are yours or other artists’. Same goes for wall posts and private messages. These messages must not be used to spread unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content. If we find that you misuse the messaging features in any way, your privileges will be revoked immediately.

No scamming or trolling!

If we find that you are using the Site to solicit artists or users for questionable business practices, your account may be suspended.
