Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was great. Helped my daughter and her boyfriend move into their new house on Saturday, then out to an Italian restaurant for dinner. Today I went to my eldest daughter's for lunch, and then circuit training class this evening.

How is your week so far? It was Guy Fawkes Day yesterday, and I had a really fun evening. Went to a big firework display and bonfire at a local country park.
