Rather well so far. My new chillies are germinating, replenished my sacramental wine supply, done some reading and gardening. All in all good.
And I do hope yours is going rather spiffingly :)

Generally yoga is quite fun. Although more so if one does Astanga (sp?) or Hatha yoga. Lots of movement in it. I tend to do Raja Yoga which is aobut zero movement, breath control and looking inwards. But it is rather rewarding.
