It's kind of a mixture of both. I'm in the air force so we have to do physical training as a group 3 times a week. That's usually a lot of cardio mixed with push ups and sit ups and stuff like that. I use free weights on my own time for the whole muscle building aspect of it. I have a lot of friends use the P90X and they have all liked it.

I have both my ribs done, it says "Vincint Veritas" which means truth will win in Latin. It's my family's motto from way back in the day. On my back I have a cross that goes from my neck to about 3/4 of the way down and from shoulder blade to shoulder blade. Underneath it are my dads initials.

It all depends. I'm still trying to get bigger and more ripped. If I wanted to stay the same it would be easier. Because I would just have to maintain not build.

Yes, I see what you mean. Easier for me becasue I don't want to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger! I just want to keep looking toned, so I do mainly aerobic exercise with just light hand weights.
