Yes indeed! it is very cold up there in the Highlands. My sister lives right up near the Isle of Skye, and she is nearer to the Arctic Circle than she is to London. Once I visited her in August, and we were having a heatwave at hom. When I arrived in the Highlands it was FREEZING, and I actually had to borrow a pair of her gloves. In the middle of summer!!!!
