I will be getting a new camera next week sometime 02/2013 so I'll be able to do shoots again so hit me up!
Hello, my name is Tobias Phillips and I'm an experimental photographer of many skills, I do all of my shoots for free and if payment is required to contract you just inform me and I'll see what I can cough up. I'm currently trying to get my portfolio done so I can apply at random studios and maybe get some side work. But overall it's just for fun and I enjoy doing it and seeing people happy with a picture I've taken. Especially if it's of an outfit or costume they spent so much time, money and effort making.
