  Yeah, the only photos not in sets are profile photos. All other photos must be photo sets of existing Zivity models. Once your first set is published, you are considered a Zivity artist. And once you're a Zivity artist, there is a button you can click on to upload sets. I'm not sure what the exact process is for uploading your first set though. You could try looking in the FAQs...

  I think you'll need to sign a photography master license for your first set. You can also email info@zivity.com if you have questions about the process of being a Zivity artist.

  So if I have tooken photos of a model can I submit those or does the model have to be a Zivity Model !-)

  Zivity only accepts photos of Zivity models so if your model is not on Zivity, she would need to get an account before you could submit the photos.
