Pretty much as far as I can remember. Just send in a set with the paperwork. Oh and if they don't get back to you within the time frame mentioned, it's helpful to send an e-mail inquiring. I came in at a time where one of the staff was getting married and my paperwork ended up getting lost. I waited forever to send a reminder because I was trying to be considerate. -
