Thanks for the note - very kind of you! We actually live in downtown Manhattan - but lucked out that we didn't get any damage. We got super lucky in that we were in Vegas all last week so we missed the chaos for the most part overall. The mess is still being cleaned up though. Crazy stuff!

It's one of my favorite ways to "unplug" and get back in touch with nature. Went to Joshua Tree National Park. It was lovely! And btw - I've never seen a toll-taker with looks like yours - you must hold up traffic! ;-)
