Well, she married hr partner last year by civil partnership (hate that term, sounds like a business transaction!, and to us as a family they are married, so I don't know if they will want to make it an official marriage. It's their 1st anniversary next week, and they are flying out tomorrow to Egypt for a week to celebrate. Very last minute,as they only booked the holiday this morning!
I know, right? To me, it sounds like a couple who are divorcing but trying to be civil about it!
Congrats to your daughter though- of course everyone knows it *is* technically being married but it'll be nice to "officially" have exactly the same status. ;)
Wowzer- that sounds amazing! I've never been to Egypt.

I went to Egypt a few years ago, and it was AMAZING! My daughter and her partner are on their way now, ansd I know they will have a fantastic holiday. Have a great weekend! Any special plans?

You'll be fine in Amsterdam. It's a lovely city with a great atmosphere! I'd love to visit Sweden. Never been to Scandinavia. Yes, wolf watching will be amazing. My sister is going to Canada in a couple of weeks polar bear watching, and is hoping to see the Northern Lights, as well as visiting Niagara Falls.
