About Me
My life, in a sense, is a dream come true. At 24, I am educated in science, arts and trades; beautiful; happily partnered; and able to do the things I enjoy. Born in Russia, with little to hope for anything, but always being an outsider, I can now fully appreciate how lucky I am.
My goal is to serve the community, to apply myself to tasks as best I can. So I make crochet toys, give people affordable haircuts, share my knowledge whenever I can, and foster abandoned cats and kittens.

Thank-you for the note. I regret that we are so far apart that we will not be able to easily arrange a shoot. My only trip to Toronto was years ago...1986 I believe...Ha! that would be before you were born! Keep up the good work - communities need people who care. -

unless a contest specifically states that it is vote based, it is entirely up to the contest owner who wins, a set with no votes could win, and a set with 1000 votes could lose. Its just how it goes! Don't get disheartened, the contests get sooo many awesome entries, it must be so hard to pick one! -

Thanks for the encouragement! I am not down anymore, I just can't keep letting myself get down. I just can't create what I envision without a model and it is starting to eat at my creativity. -

Holy shit I haven't been so upset in a while over a thing as trivial as a contest. The good thing is that instead of feeling like hurting myself, I want to blow off steam the way normal people do. Fuckity fuck fuck ass dick poop shit!
I think I am not as depressed as I used to be for the past several weeks! Honestly, people, I am kind of glad I can feel this way and be in control! It's like a blind person getting a glimpse of a loved one's face :) I still want consolation votes, though. And to kick some ass. -

Only 45 sets left to shoot until my birthday :) How exciting is that? I already have some crazy fun ideas...Definitely hoping for more shibari and more blacklight, but also my wedding dress might make an appearance once it gets warmer. And maybe a costume or two that I plan to make...And then I take a sabbatical, and return renewed,refresher, and packing more punch than ever! -
Wow, holy burnout, Batman...Was supposed to shoot a bunch of sets this weekend, but overworked during the week, and now my whole body is in pain :( and my brain can't think at all.
Hopefully, everyone will still be there by the time I am back to normal. -

47 sets left to shoot in the following 8.5 months! Can Kat do it? Of course! After all, 53 sets were shot between June of this year and now...
I also want to publish 10 sets as a photographer by then. So far, only shot 1 model. Looking for more. Wish me luck :) -

It just occurred to me that if I keep working as hard as I am now, I will have published around 100 sets by my birthday. Of course, I will make set 100 a special birthday set now :)))
I currently have 43 sets published, another 5 scheduled, and 3 in editorial review. What that means is that I might be looking for several new photographers to work on the remaining sets with me. Anyone interested?
By the way, my birthday is July 2nd, a day after Canada's :) -

Thanks so much darling. Honestly, I never went to school for hair ... I went to school for art. I have a BFA with a major in Illustration, but Ive been doing weird hair projects since about '01. You just learn a lot of stuff along the way. =) And I use SO many different dyes... just this and that of all brands, depending on what color I like. -

Things I usually am is Gorey Marie Antoinette, Scary Clown, and Dia de los muertos. I like my makeup and FX skills. may be a ring leader in a circus this year. -
