I have a new set up, 'Elenius'
It entered for the prize 'Just Nude' and it really would mean the world if you voted for it.
Of course, there are incentives :)

Fat Tuesday is the big celebration at end of Mardi Gras in New Orleans (the day before Catholics give up hedonism and such for Lent on Ash Wednesday). Jambalaya is a dish from New Orleans made with onions, bell peppers, celery (known as "the holy trinity" in Cajun and Creole cooking), shrimp, sausage, chicken, tomatoes, garlic, chicken stock and rice. It’s a great big bowl of yummy.
