Definitelty worth a trip to SD. If for nothing more than the weather. And the ocean's not too bad either.
oh I love to be by the ocean thats enough reason for me to visit anywhere. Here in chicago I'm by Lake Michigan but its just not the same as the ocean
Yeah, I hear the lake only feels about halfway like the ocean. We actually have a fair number of Chicago transplants. From what I hear, the ocean and the weather are an impovement, but Chicago has a bit more culture. I definitely want to check out the museums someday. And Wrigley.
The museums here are definitely a must see if you visit and you could hit them all up in one day if you really wanted to. There is definitely a lot of culture here which is cool but I can tell that a lot of people who grew up in Chicago end up leaving for one reason or the other and most people who I run into about my age arent even from here theyre like from Indiana,Wisconsin or Michigan lol
I think a fair share of the people who left Chicago ended up in San Diego. I know a few. And we get quite a few Cub fans. Of course we get loads of transplants from everywhere. But I definitely want to hit up Chicago one of these days.

Hey hey! Fair one, yes we were! Yeah man although if you keep your ear to the ground you can sometimes swing a really nice hotel for about £40, I've done that before got in this 4* hotel with room service etc. was dope!
