Royalties, too
All our paying subscribers get 5 votes a month to use on their favorite photo sets. They can even buy more if they want. The more votes you get, the more money you make. Votes are worth $1 each, 80 cents of which is split between the model and the photographer.
The fact that no one is imposing their ideas of beauty onto the work I’m doing frees up my own expression and exploration. I love exploring the fine line between pinup and fashion photography. I love creating beauty, and documenting a moment in time that represents my mood, body, and taste.
The part of getting paid is basically incentive to do this work that I wanted to be doing anyway. And the voting system keeps things exciting, and is incentive to keep producing work.
Posing on Zivity has done wonders for my body image. Modeling nude is one of those things that has had an unpredictable empowering impact on my self confidence. The ability to bare all and be comfortable in your skin should be available to everyone, no matter your size, height, or weight!
